Position
Field Service Manager
Duties
Field Service Manager for high-end coolant filtration systems’ manufacturer; create training program for technicians in utilization of Siemens S7 controllers/programs, fine-tune controller programming for the systems; manage quality service audits and programs; manage forecast of customers’ needs/costs; prepare annual budget for department; create on-site installation, start-up, testing, debugging plans; establish training program for service technicians; devise customer safety procedures and protocols; advise clients on changes to accommodate coolant filtration systems; maintain records, prepare reports/documentation on projects; advise engineers on methods to improve systems for serviceability. Travel up to 75% to undetermined client sites.

Minimum Qualificaitons
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Global Service Technician or Service Technician.
Experience must include at least two (2) years with each of the following:
- Control panels.
- Siemens S7 controller programming.
- Wiring of industrial coolant filtration systems.
- Mechanical schematics and flow diagrams.
- Pneumatic and electronic control systems.
